How to measure the chest

Raise your arms slightly and using a tape measure, measure around the chest area ensuring you cross over your shoulder blades and the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

The chest measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; Coats and Jackets, Shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Knitwear and Tee’s.

How to measure your neck

Place the tape measure around your neck leaving enough room to feel comfortable.

The neck measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; shirts.

How to measure your waist

Place a tape measure around your waist or where trousers would normally sit on your hips. Once you have this measurement you need to find your inside leg, the easiest way to do this is by measuring a pair of trousers you currently have and are happy with the length of the leg. Measure down the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom hem, this will give you your inside leg measurement.

The waist measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; trousers, jeans, short and swim.
