All items are sent by traceable, signed for and insured services. We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your online order.

** Next Working Day orders must be placed by 02:00PM GMT to ensure goods are dispatched and will arrive on time as advertised. Orders placed after 02:00PM are not guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day.
Orders placed on a Non-Working Day (Saturday, Sunday, UK Public Holidays) will be addressed & dispatched on the next available Working Day.
Out of Stock Item
If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email (and/or SMS message) confirming your goods are on their way, this will include a DPD tracking reference.

If you have placed an order and believe goods are overdue please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ensuring you provide your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query.
Before contacting us about a late delivery we kindly ask you to consider any Non-Working Days that may affect the delivery timeline.
Tax and Duties
All quoted prices include 20% VAT; for any products delivered outside of the EU the 20% VAT will automatically be removed from products when you reach the checkout.
You will be responsible for paying a Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your country’s Customs to find out how much these costs may be.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-day Returns Policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Items should be returned new, unused and with all MA.STRUM garment tags still attached. Your return should be accompanied by a completed returns form, one of which is included with every order we dispatch.
UK customers can return goods free of charge via the DPD store network (details included with your purchase). Customers outside the UK are required to cover any costs associated with returning an item to us.

We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding any original delivery charges.
Refunds due are processed as soon as is reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we receive your returned product.
