The Marine Liner has been produced from garment dyed 100% Melton Wool, a superbly warm piece that will aid in trapping heat whether worn as a standalone piece or in conjunction with a Kit Shell garment. This reversible liner was inspired by original Osti liners and features the “Boneville” brand on the back of the primary side with a non branded opposite face. It features our custom screw-on screw-off Boneville buttons, bound edges at the cuffs and collar. along with a single pocket system that carries through both garment faces. Custom Boneville herringbone webbing reinforces the pockets and magnetic snaps secure the pocket on the primary, Boneville branded face; kangaroo pockets can be found on the reverse. -

research to their design and real-world use.
Following on from his research the Boneville team have constructed the Pilot’s Vest, inspired by Osti’s work and our own
research into both military and commercial products. Made from high quality garment dyed parachute silk, the Pilot’s
Vest features oversized chest mounted pockets with side entry, a centre front zip and BNV signature luggage strap to
reinforce the front closure. The garment also includes side waist adjusters to ensure a custom fit and internal wadding to
promote great heat insulation.
The garment dying process means the fabric picks up a wonderful array of highs and lows, giving it a sense of depth that
few other processes can offer. The Pilot’s Vest can be used as either a Kit Liner or Kit Shell.

Inspired directly by early Osti designs, the Cadet coat pays homage to a style that is arguably all too undervalued in today’s marketplace. The Cadet has been crafted from a specially laundered linen that offers a unique vintage hand-feel, very similar to that used by Osti himself in much of his early work. The garment includes signature BNV expanding pockets to the lower front, chest pockets, underarm vents and adjustable cuffs. -

The down-filled Deckhand features a laminated, coated cotton outershell and is lined with a vibrant Blue water resistant ciré. This pullover winter garment features knitted trims; a chunky wrist gator and hood peak for additional insulation. Its design was inspired by garments worn by men who would have active roles on the deck of a ship, men who would need superb warmth retention and a great range of motion in their attire. The Deckhand includes an easy-access central pocket, secured by Boneville Butcher’s buttons and two large lower zip pockets. Additionally, the garment features an adjustable hood and hem for a custom fit, along with a detachable ciré gusset at the neck to aid in heat management. -

The Courier has been crafted from a lightweight, naturally waterproof fabric. Fibers expand when wet to immediately block out water, ensuring zero penetration when faced with inclement conditions. Our signature expanding pocket sits on the left chest with two oversized envelope pockets at the lower front. The Courier also includes a removable belt to offer a custom fit and includes an action-back for a broader range of motion. The centre front is secured with heavy-duty rubberized buttons, ones which were carefully reproduced from Osti originals. The Courier also includes a removable collar with leather band that secures across the throat to help offer maximum coverage, protecting against the elements when necessary.
