The Courier has been crafted from a lightweight, naturally waterproof fabric. Fibers expand when wet to immediately block out water, ensuring zero penetration when faced with inclement conditions. Our signature expanding pocket sits on the left chest with two oversized envelope pockets at the lower front. The Courier also includes a removable belt to offer a custom fit and includes an action-back for a broader range of motion. The centre front is secured with heavy-duty rubberized buttons, ones which were carefully reproduced from Osti originals. The Courier also includes a removable collar with leather band that secures across the throat to help offer maximum coverage, protecting against the elements when necessary. -

The Harbourmaster is a fully reversible garment that features two traditional performance fabrics; a water resistant woollen Loden and a waterproof rubberised yachting fabric. The former was originally championed by alpine skiers & climbers, recognised for its insulataton and thornproof properties. Though a wholly robust fabric, it boasts an unexpectedly soft handle, unlike new Melton, and is therefore all the more luxurious to wear. The Kelp Loden face includes contrast waterproof pockets and cuff guards, providing essential protection to key storage and activity areas. Hand-warmer pockets can be found at the centre chest and original Osti-designed rubber moulded buttons secure the garment closed. The alternate Harbour Yellow face is completely waterproof and is heat sealed throughout, providing superb protection against the elements. The same moulded rubber buttons secure the garment closed and you’ll find two centre chest pockets finished with high quality AquaGuard® zips to ensure contents are safe and dry. -

In homage to original M1, the Launchman features a face side in a muted tone and contrasting reverse face in a high vis colour, specifically a Dark Navy primary face and Harbour Yellow reverse. Side A of the Launchman features water resistant compact wool melton while the reverse B side features a striking Harbour Yellow ciré. Side A includes BNV gusseted bellow pockets and a chest mounted washable leather pocket with signature BNC stencil detailing, whereas the reverse features oversized envelope pockets. The garment hood can by worn on either face and is secured by custom Boneville Butcher’s buttons which can be removed and rotated to fix the hood in place; these butcher’s buttons feature throughout the centre front of garment and can be removed to allow the wearer to reverse the piece. -

The Marine Liner has been produced from garment dyed 100% Melton Wool, a superbly warm piece that will aid in trapping heat whether worn as a standalone piece or in conjunction with a Kit Shell garment. This reversible liner was inspired by original Osti liners and features the “Boneville” brand on the back of the primary side with a non branded opposite face. It features our custom screw-on screw-off Boneville buttons, bound edges at the cuffs and collar. along with a single pocket system that carries through both garment faces. Custom Boneville herringbone webbing reinforces the pockets and magnetic snaps secure the pocket on the primary, Boneville branded face; kangaroo pockets can be found on the reverse. -

The Nightwatchman is a reversible garment that has been laser cut from a lightweight cotton. The double face fabric makes this piece extremely versatile; it features two lower front pockets that carry through on both garment faces, a removable collar and leather collar tab. Te Nightwatchman also includes signature Boneville Butcher’s buttons throughout, these can be removed to allow for the garment to be worn on the alternate face. Additionally, the garment features a line of triple stitching at the hem which pays homage to a traditional construction method used on work’s coats of the last century. Shipworker’s would use these stitch lines as guides to cut there garment to size once the hem became damaged due to work in highly inclement conditions, allowing them to customise their garment and make it as ft for purpose as possible. -
